Qualification & Experience
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
· Graduate, 5-7 yrs of Experience ,
· Staples ,FMCG company with srong distribution presence and ability to build a green filed distribution in relevant geographies
· MBA preferred
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND / OR SKILLS
· MS skills
· Web browser and Internet functionalities
· Android Mobile App Usage and Monitoring
Responsible for driving volumes, distribution targets and people objectives in the assigned territory.
What external factors(competition/government controls/market locations etc) affect achievement of the position accountabilities
· Cremica’s relationship with the Distributors and Retailers
· Competition activity on pricing and trade promotions
· Outlook of the Biscuti industry/ Festivals etc.
Frequency & Purpose of the contacts which the position requires:
· RSM/ SO/SS/SR
· Field Sales
· SFA Team
· Functional Knowledge of local language and terrain.
· Achieve primary & secondary volume.
· Managing Distributors/ Super Distributor.
· Managing wholesalers /SRO/large traders
· Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management
· Recruit , coach, retain DSMs/SR/SO
· Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned territory
· Ensure displays as planned
· Price discovery in stipulated time intervals.
· DSM productivity as targeted.
· Distribution growth as targeted.
