The audited standalone financial statements of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited ("Company"), as at and for the year ended March 31, 2020, March 31, 2019, and March 31, 2018 and the reports thereon dated 14 August 2020, 29 July 2019 and 10 July 2018, respectively (collectively the "Standalone Financial Statements"), have been uploaded here by the Company solely to comply with the requirements specified in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2018 ("SEBI ICDR Regulations").
